Communication and Design
Before we start mass production, we need communicate with our customer about the products’ size, shape, color and etc. After that, we design the products according to customer’s requirements. Communication and Design are important stages in creating a functional and exquisite LED candle. -
Raw Material Procurement
The raw materials of our products are wax, plastic, circuit board, wiring and etc. Being careful when purchasing raw materials can guarantee the quality of the products. -
Wax Injection
Most of our products have a layer of wax on the outside as a decoration which let the products more vivid and enhance the beauty of whole space. We use the method of wax injection to let the candle have a shell. -
Install Circuits Components and Flame
Meticulously position and install circuits components and flame is a very important part of LED candle. This step make our candles be both environmentally friendly and durable. -
Assembly of Candles
This step we assemble the candle shell and electronic components together to create a delicate and durable LED candle. -
Quality Inspection
After assembly, we need to implement a comprehensive quality inspection which is important to product quality.There are skilled inspectors responsible for inspecting the candles to ensure each candle meet the highest standards. -
Packaging and Delivery
Our skilled workers will pack the candles according to the design and prevent any potential damage during transportation.
